School-Based Social Emotional Skills "Teacher Responses" Activities

Does your student struggle with Social Emotional (SEL) and Regulation Skills? Does your student have a Social Emotional IEP goal? As a Special Education teacher, I have many students with social-emotional goals targeting social skills, adaptiveness, emotional regulation, and more. Often, I role-play or describe scenarios with them to help apply these skills to real life. All of the scenarios are for a school context, the support students in social-emotional skills specifically at school.

This packet contains 10 activities in the area of "Teacher Responses" for a school-based setting. These scenarios are for interactions that students will commonly have with teachers, and help them discuss and evaluate how they can respond or address the problems they are facing.
